- Compact wire drawing machine with intergrated continuous annealer and preheater. The elongation of copper wire is uniform after annealing.
- The extruder with BM type screw gives homogeneous output and uniform insulation diameter.Precise fix-center crosshead with color stripping or color skin gives above 95% high concentricity of the insulation and less influence on the capacitance from different color.
- The whole drawing/insulating Tandem line is controlled by industrial computer and PLC. Human-computer interaction interface.
- Dual take-up machine with automatic coiling ,loading/unloading device.
