c Front Plug-in Type Shielded Separable Connector
1. The 1.66(72.5)kV shielded separable connector utilizes internationally advanced post-injection molding technology, achieving world-leading electrical performance, ensuring safer and more reliable operation. It is suitable for power frequency AC voltage applications up to 72.5kV in power plants, substations, and high-voltage electrical equipment, such as cable distribution cabinets, combined transformers, and GIS system inlets and outlets.
2. The product is fully insulated, sealed, and shielded, making it resistant to harsh environmental conditions. It is designed to prevent condensation, resist contamination, and requires no maintenance. The complete set includes the body, stress cone, terminals, bolts, plugs, and sealing caps.
3. The product features advanced stress handling, high partial discharge resistance, and a compact structure that fully meets installation space requirements. It is a globally leading pre-fabricated cable head.
4. It offers both threaded and crimped terminal installation structures, and all components undergo routine testing.

The shielded separable connector is suitable for use with F-type external cone bushings on GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and transformers, and is compatible with XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) and EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) insulated cables with aluminum or copper conductors. It is designed for both onshore and offshore applications.
