YJZWRG Soft Dry Type Outdoor Termination
Our company produces YJZWRG two main soft dry type outdoor termination YJZWRG3 and YJZWRG4, which are widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections with anti-fouling grade of grade III, and grade IV. They are composed of termination, main body of fully prefabricated soft silicone rubber(stress cone included), and tail tube. The main body of prefabricated soft silicone rubber is using imported liquid silicone rubber injection rubber molding soft dry structure, which has long-term stability of lasting hold power and electric field uniform ability. The overall shape of casting is conical structure of the flow line with good anti-fouling flash, weather resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion and water repellent ability. There's no need to fill insulating gas or oil, effectively ensure the long-term safe operation of the product. Our product is using multiple sealing structure which can effectively prevent the leakage of water immersion and insulating oil. All of the seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fastener raw-material are stainless steel with good waterproof seal performance.
However, due to the lack of sufficient rigidity, should not be installed in wind areas.

Soft dry type outdoor termination has the following superior performance:
More lighter in weight: the whole weight of main body of fully prefabricated soft silicone rubber is less than 30kg.
Easy installation: due to the lighter in weight, it can be installed on the ground and then lifted into place. There's no need to build aerial installation platform, greatly reducing the labor.
Products are particularly suitable for indoor installation, the best choice for indoor termination.
