1.Standard
The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB 9330 "Polyvinyl chloride insulated control cable" IEC 60227 "Polyviny choride insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 450/750V" and IEC 60502 "Extruded solid dielectric insulated power cables for rated voltages from 1kv up to 30kv"
2.Applications
PVC insulated and sheathed control cable is suitable for the interconnection in controlling, signalling, protecting and mesuring systems with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V or 0.6/1kV.
3.Operating Characteristics
Rated Power-frequency voltage U0/U: 450/750V or 0.6/1kV.
Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductonl:70OC
The ambient temperature under instllaiion should not below 0°C. If the ambient temperature is lower than O°C?, the cable should be preheated.
The bending raduis of cables are recommened as follows;
Non-armoured cable: not less than 6 times of the cable diameter.
Armourod or copper tape screen cable: not less than 12 times of the cable diamter.
Screened flexible cable: not less than 6 times of the cable diametre.

Application
For installation where fire, smoke emission and toxic fumes create a potential threat to life and equipment. Used as interconnecting cable for measuring, controlling or regulation in control equipment for assembly and production lines, conveyors and for computer units. Suitable for fixed installations or for flexible use when temporarily moved, and in conditions of medium mechanical stress. Can be used outdoors when protected, and in dry or moist conditions indoors.
